Experience Ecuador
Ten chocolates made from Ecuadorian cacao

BONNAT | Équateur 75%
The Équateur 75% has an earthy, honey aroma, with subtle hints
of tropical flowers. The flavor reflects both the traditional earthy
and floral characteristics of Ecuadorian cacao, with notes of dark
honey, caramel, and wet rose. Very smooth, it provides for an
excellent flavor release, one that is well-rounded and long.
Bonnat offers one of the more complete collections of single-
variety chocolates. Apart from the Équateur, selections include
Cote d’Ivoire, Madagascar, Ceylan, Trinité, Chuao, Puerto Cabello,
and Hacienda El Rosario.
Bonnat Chocolatier was founded in 1884 by Félix Bonnat in
Voiron, France. Today the chocolate maker is run by Nicole,
Cecile, and Stéphane Bonnat, and is known for both its wide
variety of couvertures and chocolate confections.
