The Cocoaroma Directory is a service provided by Cocoaroma Magazine (“Cocoaroma”), a product of Six Peaks Media Group (“SPMG”). The Cocoaroma Directory (“the Directory”) is an online catalog of chocolate boutiques and chocolate makers from around the world. Both access to and listing in the directory are offered free of charge.
The Terms and Conditions of Use explained hereinafter refer solely to the use of the Cocoaroma Directory. For the General Terms of Service governing www.cocoaroma.com in its entirety (including the Directory), please review and agree to the website’s General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, links to which are available at the bottom of each page of this website.

Formatting materials for submission
In order to make the Directory as appealing and informative as possible to its users, Cocoaroma/SPMG highly recommend that when adding new listings to the Directory, users include additional materials (such as photos and trademarks) with their new listing. Please note that these additional materials are NOT required for adding listings to the Directory.
All materials submitted to the Directory are subject to Cocoaroma/SPMG approval. Cocoaroma/SPMG may reject submitted materials without liability, for any reason or no reason, including those that Cocoaroma/SPMG believe are not keeping with Cocoaroma/SPMG standards.
Any materials submitted to the Directory must be made available to Cocoaroma/SPMG in either JPEG or GIF format. All other formats will be rejected. Materials should be sent via email to directory@cocoaroma.com or on a CD to Cocoaroma Directory, c/o Cocoaroma Magazine, P.O. Box 640157, San Francisco, California, USA, 94164-0157. Cocoaroma/SPMG maintain the right to adjust the size and quality of any submitted materials in order to comply with the technical requirements of the Directory and www.cocoaroma.com.
Copyright confirmation and approval
Materials submitted to the Directory will only be published on the website once copyright and/or trademark ownership can be confirmed and an approval to publish by the copyright and/or trademark owner has been granted to Cocoaroma/SPMG. To ensure proper and timely processing of submissions, please include with submissions a company name, contact name, address, telephone/fax number, and email address.
Trademarks and copyrights
All materials contained within www.cocoaroma.com (including the Cocoaroma Directory) are the copyrighted property of Cocoaroma/SPMG and/or third-parties, and are protected by United States trademark and copyright law and other applicable law, except as otherwise identified. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and photographs not the copyrighted property of Cocoaroma/SPMG are the copyrighted property of their respective owners. Nothing contained within www.cocoaroma.com shall be construed as granting any license or other rights to any copyright, trademark, patent or other property of Cocoaroma/SPMG or any third party. Because the content is proprietary, any unauthorized use of materials on the site or other products may violate the law.
No material from www.cocoaroma.com or any Internet site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Cocoaroma/SPMG may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your own personal, noncommercial use only. Posting/Submitting of information in the Cocoaroma Directory
Cocoaroma/SPMG respect and take appropriate measures to protect the copyrights and trademarks owned by third parties. By posting content or submitting any material, including but not limited to, for example, photographs, company logos, names, and addresses, to www.cocoaroma.com you grant Cocoaroma/SPMG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
By posting content or submitting any material, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Cocoaroma Magazine/SPMG for all claims resulting from content you supply. Furthermore, you shall not use the Directory to publish, post or otherwise disseminate any spam, upload, or software file for purposes other than those described in this policy. You shall not use the Directory to publish, post or otherwise disseminate any images, text, data or other information that is unlawful, is intended to be used for any unlawful purpose, is false or misleading, is threatening, libelous or defamatory, or that infringes on any intellectual property right.
Cocoaroma/SPMG have the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Cocoaroma/SPMG take no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
